Aloha everyone again, David, Tatara here with CryptoTutorials.org. Today, I'm going to show you exactly how to reset your Dapp browser cache inside Trust Wallet. This can solve a lot of error problems that we run into.
Why Reset Your Dapp Cache
A few times lately I have run into people who just cannot seem to get PancakesSwap or any of their Dapps to work with their Trust Wallet. Despite getting everything pretty lined up, it's just will not work. Wo we went to kind of the last resort and it actually solved the problem, which was to clear the browser cache.
Pretty simple, but it's just one of those things you don't think about doing necessarily in a wallet. We usually think about doing it in a browser, but since this wallet has a browser in it, it makes perfect sense. So if you need to clear your browser cache, or you just can't seem to get past these errors, give it a try.
Trust Wallet Settings - Preferences
Head over to your settings button and click on that. It's going to come into this screen and you're going to see preferences. Green with the circle. There aren't a whole lot of preferences, but Dapp Browser is one of them.
When you go there, you can either disable the Dapp Browser, or you can clear your browser cache. I want to clear all my browser cache, boom done. That simple to reset your Dapp browser cache, that's all you have to do.
